How All-On-X works
Four to six implants, one fixed arch
All-On-X replaces an entire arch of teeth with four to six implants instead of one implant per tooth. You may have heard it called All-On-4, full arch implants or implant dentures. Same idea.
The implants are placed at angles that spread your bite force across the jaw. That helps protect the bone and your facial structure, and for many people with some bone loss it means extensive grafting isn't needed.
Your new arch is planned with 3D digital scanning and made from materials like zirconia or high-grade acrylic, shade-matched to look natural with your face.
After the implants heal, your permanent arch is fitted. Dr. Duraini will walk you through exactly what your timeline and temporary teeth look like at your consultation.

Dr. Duraini founded Advanced Dental Lounge & Implants in Murphy and handles your full arch care himself, from the first consultation to the day your permanent teeth go in.
He earned his dental degree at NYU College of Dentistry, then completed a General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, with advanced training in cosmetic and surgical dentistry. Before dental school he worked as a dental lab technician, so he knows how teeth are made, not just placed.
He has cared for patients across DFW since 2008 and keeps investing in implant training. You'll know what he recommends, why, and what it costs before anything starts.

Yes. Your All-On-X consultation with Dr. Duraini costs nothing, and there's no obligation to go ahead.
Why isn't there a price on this page?
Full arch cases vary a lot from person to person: one arch or two, how many teeth need to come out, and how much bone you have. Rather than quote a number that might not fit you, Dr. Duraini gives you your exact price and your monthly options in writing at your free consultation.
What happens at the consultation?
Dr. Duraini examines your mouth, takes a scan, listens to what you want, and explains your options. You get a written plan and price before anything begins, and you decide from there.
Will I leave with teeth the same day?
Many full arch patients go home with a temporary set of teeth. Dr. Duraini will tell you at your consultation exactly what your surgery day and temporary teeth look like. Your permanent arch is fitted after the implants heal.
I was told I don't have enough bone. Can I still do this?
Often, yes. All-On-X implants are placed at angles that use the denser bone in your jaw, which is designed to work around bone loss. Dr. Duraini will tell you at your consultation.
What's the difference between All-On-X and All-On-4?
Same approach. All-On-4 uses four implants per arch. All-On-X means Dr. Duraini uses four to six depending on your bone and bite.
Can I finance it?
Yes. We offer CareCredit, Cherry and Proceed Finance, and our front office helps you apply. Bring your insurance card and we'll check what your plan covers.
How is this different from a denture?
A denture sits on your gums and is held with suction or adhesive. An All-On-X arch is fixed to implants. It doesn't come out, and it doesn't move when you eat.
Does it hurt?
Dr. Duraini will talk you through anesthesia, comfort and sedation options before your procedure. Most patients describe the first couple of weeks as the adjustment period.
